How does treatment work and is it painful?

The great advantage of radio frequency therapy is that it is a very gentle and pleasant form of treatment. A special handpiece, similar to an ultrasound probe, is used. This is rubbed over the skin in circular movements with gentle pressure, allowing the radio waves to reach the deeper layers of the skin. To protect the surface layer of skin, we work with a special oil that is mixed especially for us in the pharmacy. During the radio frequency treatment, you will feel the tissue heating up, but the cooling oil means that this heating is very well tolerated and no pain is caused. At the end, a cooling, nourishing face mask is applied and you can relax for a few minutes.

How many radiofrequency treatments are required?

The number of treatments depends on the desired result and the previous findings. You will experience the positive effect after just one treatment and notice wrinkles smoothing out.

How much does the treatment cost?

1st therapy

Three mechanisms of action of radiofrequency therapy

In addition to wrinkle treatments, we offer a new, innovative procedure called radiofrequency therapy, which ideally combines three mechanisms of action:

1. The heat of the radio frequency creates an immediate tightening effect on the skin through the so-called collagen shrinking, the contraction of the collagen fibers.

2. On the other hand, the fibroblasts within the dermis, which are responsible for the formation of connective tissue, are stimulated to produce new collagen.

This results in a lasting skin tightening effect that begins after about 1 to 2 weeks, is completed after about 2-3 months and produces a visible result for many months. To achieve a lasting result, 4 treatments should be carried out at weekly intervals. Each treatment lasts about 45 minutes and ends with a pleasant, moisturizing mask.

3. The special TriLipo® technology allows liquid fat to be released from the subcutaneous fat tissue and transported away, while at the same time muscle building occurs through dynamic muscle activation (DMA).

After the treatment, slight redness may occasionally occur, but this usually disappears after an hour.

You can return to your normal daily activities immediately after the treatment. There is no downtime, there is usually no pain and you do not need any special aftercare.

3. Treatments

An optimal result is usually achieved with 3-4 treatments at weekly intervals. Due to the potentially long-lasting results of around twelve to eighteen months, repeating the treatment after one year is recommended.
