Our doctors

Expertise shaped by experience.

The goal of every operation is to create a natural, individualized appearance. To achieve this, a thorough consultation addressing your questions, expectations, and concerns, along with a detailed preliminary examination, are essential. We offer this service to you free of obligation.

A treatment plan will be created only after we have thoroughly discussed all potential risks, complications, and alternative options. Any remaining questions can be addressed during a follow-up appointment. Our team of treating doctors is, of course, here to support you even after the procedure.

Dr. med. Daniela Wieners

Originally from Münster, Dr. Wieners studied medicine in her hometown before deciding early on to specialize in plastic surgery. She completed her medical studies in 1992 and received her license to practice.

After 1.5 years in general surgery, she joined the University Hospital Lübeck from 1994 to 1996 as an assistant physician in the burn surgery department under Prof. Dr. Lösch. She then expanded her expertise through two years of specialized training in aesthetic and reconstructive surgery, including an overseas assignment at Swansea Hospital in Wales under Prof. Dr. McGregor and at the Hospital de Militaire in Paris.

Under the mentorship of one of plastic surgery’s pioneers, Prof. McGregor, Dr. Wieners learned advanced reconstructive microsurgery techniques.

After returning to Germany, she further honed her skills in hand and plastic surgery at the University Hospital in Erlangen, where she also completed her doctoral thesis on "Free tendon transplantation versus extensor indicis tendon transfer," supervised by Prof. Dr. W. Hohenberger.

In 1999, Dr. Wieners continued her training in aesthetic facial and breast surgery at the Martin Luther Hospital in Berlin under Prof. Dr. Bruck. She became a certified specialist in plastic and aesthetic surgery in 2001.

Since 2002, Dr. Wieners has run her own practice, focusing primarily on aesthetic surgery. She prioritizes ongoing professional development through internships with leading experts and participation in national and international congresses. In 2004, she co-founded the "Wieners and Pantlen Practice for Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery" with Dr. Pantlen.

Dr. Wieners is also a cooperation partner of the breast center at the DRK Clinics Westend and a consultant physician for the DRK Clinics Westend, Mitte, and Köpenick. Alongside Dr. Pantlen, she represents the entire plastic surgery department at these locations.

Dr. Wieners is married and has one daughter.
